CAN I TRAIN AT LIGHTNING FIT MORE THAN TWO TIMES PER WEEK?

At Lightning Fit, we put health and safety first.  An EMS workout is very intense and the body needs more time to recover than after a traditional workout. It is very important to have a sufficient resting period to avoid symptoms of overexertion.  Lightning Fit recommends at least 48hrs in between sessions.  Therefore, there is the possibility to train up to three times a week.

Do my sessions roll over?

Your sessions do not roll over month to month. They are automatically re-loaded when your monthly payment is processed.

What is Lightning Fit’s cancellation policy?

Lightning Fit has a 24-hour policy. We ask for notice of cancellation more than 24hrs prior to your scheduled session. If not given the adequate notice you will forfeit that session. This also applies to rescheduling a session within that 24-hour period.

How do I schedule or change an upcoming session?

The most convenient way is with our Lightning Fit app or through our website under the “members” tab. For these options you will need to create an account with the email and name you provided to Lightning Fit. You can also call or text your local studio.

Does Lightning Fit have an app?

Yes! Our app is free and easy to use on any iOS or Android device. When creating your account, you must use the email address and the name you provided to Lightning Fit. Once your account is created you will be able to view our schedule and schedule/change your upcoming sessions.

If I am a member, why is the app prompting me to buy services when I am scheduling out my future sessions?

Our app does not allow you to book past your billing date. You do not need to buy additional services on top of your membership to schedule past your billing date. Please call/text your local studio and we can schedule your future sessions. A recurring schedule will be the most convenient way for you to have your preferred days/times locked in.

How does the 3-month commitment work?

There is a 3-month commitment to start.  This 3-month commitment ensures you will see significant improvements and results. Your membership becomes active on the initial date of purchase. After the first 3 months it becomes month to month until you cancel your membership.

How does the monthly payment work?

After your initial date of purchase, payments will be automatically processed on the card on file. Your card will be charged on the same day of each month moving forward. For example, if your initial date of purchase was on July 10th, then your payment date will be the 10th of every month.

If I can’t make my scheduled session, can a family member or friend take my place? Will I forfeit that session?

A family member or friend would not be able to take your place, you will forfeit that session. The membership is exclusive to you.

What if I get injured or going to be out of town? Can I pause my membership?

You have the ability to pause your membership for a minimum of 1-month and a maximum of 3-months within a 12-month period. Pauses can only be in month increments. Once your membership pause ends, your payment will be processed as usual until you cancel your membership.

How do I request a membership pause?

To request a membership pause, please email us at info@lightning-fit.com with your name, the date you want the pause to start, and how many months you want the pause to be. We must receive notice of the pause at least 7 days prior to the pause date. Once we review your request we will proceed accordingly.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please email us at info@lightning-fit.com with your name, the reasoning behind the cancellation, and any other feedback you wish to share. We must receive notice of the cancellation at least 7 days prior to the pause date. Once we review your request we will proceed accordingly.

How does pausing my membership work?

Let’s say your billing date is the 10th and you request your membership to be paused for 1 month starting on July 17th. Your membership will resume as usual on August 17th. If between July 10th (billing date) and July 17th (pause date), you used 2 of your sessions then you will be able to resume using the remaining 8 sessions until your next billing date, September 10th. Your billing date each month remains the same.

Does Lightning Fit have a referral program?

Yes! Refer 10 people that purchase a package or membership and receive a free month of training. INTRO OFFER is not included as a package.

What is the Private Training Membership?

The most efficient and effective way for you to crush your goals with personalized 1-on-1 training. It is $675.00 a month and includes 10 private EMS sessions, access to workout at any Lightning Fit location, 10% off Lightning Fit merchandise, and client milestone rewards.

What is the Semi-Private Training Membership?

It is a fun, fast, and energetic way for you to experience EMS training in a group of up to 4 people. This membership is only available at participating locations, Brentwood and Hermosa Beach. It is $475.00 a month and includes 10 semi-private EMS sessions, access to workout at our participating locations, 10% off Lightning Fit merchandise, and client milestone rewards.

What is the GetLitUp Membership and why is it more than the private and semi-private membership?

It gives you the full EMS workout experience. You have access to both private and semi-private training. It is $775.00 a month and gives you the option to use a combination of up to 10 private or semi-private EMS sessions, access to workout at any Lightning Fit location for private training and access to our Hermosa Beach and Brentwood location for semi-private training, 10% off Lightning Fit merchandise, and client milestone rewards.
