Elizabeth (Biz) is Colorado born and raised, and moved to Hermosa Beach at the beginning of March 2020. She went to school for broadcast journalism and was a professional dancer for 5 years before moving to LA. Through her 21 years as a dancer, she found that she was really passionate about fitness and decided to turn that passion into my full time career and haven't looked back in four years.
Biz, got her NASM-CPT as soon as she decided to make personal training her full-time job. Through NASM she also decided to get certified for nutrition and during her first, official job as a trainer I she became TRX certified as well. As a trainer, Biz is going to be your biggest cheerleader, and will bring a lot of energy to those early morning workouts!
